Who controls what
| Footage and telemetry from customer sites | The customer is the controller. Nordvik acts as processor and only stores, transmits and makes the material available to people the customer authorises. |
| Operator account data | Name, work email, role and sign-in log. Nordvik is controller for this, as it is needed to operate the service. |
| Website visitors | No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts. Server logs keep IP address and request line for 14 days for security purposes. |
Where data is stored
Footage, telemetry and account data are stored within the European Union, in Gdańsk with failover to Warsaw. We do not transfer customer material outside the EU. Subprocessors are listed in the contract annex and customers are notified before any change to that list.
How long we keep it
- — Footage and telemetry: for the retention period of the plan, or until a hold is released.
- — After contract termination: 30 days for export, then irreversible deletion.
- — Access and export logs: 24 months, because they exist precisely to answer questions after the fact.
- — Website server logs: 14 days.
Your rights
- — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you as an operator.
- — Have inaccurate account details corrected.
- — Have your operator account deleted, subject to the retention of access logs required for audit.
- — Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Data protection enquiries — privacy@nordvik-logistics.pl. If you are staff at a customer site and have a question about being recorded, contact your employer first: they decide what is recorded and for how long.
